Is Verizon 5G Home available at your Florida address?
Only Verizon's check of your street address can tell you. Miami and Orlando are the two Florida names on Verizon's 5G Home list (checked Oct 27, 2026), and a listed city is not a promise for every home. Verizon reports fixed wireless at 66.9% of Florida homes in FCC data as of Dec 31, 2025, with 79.3% in Miami and 76.6% in Orlando.
Florida is not on Verizon's Fios list, and Verizon files only fixed wireless in the state. Frontier, now a Verizon company, reports service at 12.8% of Florida's residential units in the same FCC data, so an address may return a Frontier result rather than a Verizon one. For a Frontier result, Order now.
Looking for a 5G Home coverage map? The free FCC National Broadband Map works at the address level: type in a Florida address and it lists the providers that reported service at that location, Verizon included. Those filings run months behind, so treat the map as a second opinion and Verizon's address check as the answer.

How sure is each claim on this page?
- L1: ZIP estimate. A ZIP code covers many streets. We do not publish ZIP pages.
- L2: FCC-reported (used on this page). Providers report the technology at each location to the FCC National Broadband Map.
- L3: Provider-coverage (used on this page). Verizon names the place on its own locations page (shown as "Listed by Verizon").
- L4: Provider-confirmed address. Only the address check reaches this level. It returns the offer for your street address and unit.
- L5: User-confirmed orderable. We never claim this level. You confirm it when you place the order.
Deciding in Florida

If you are replacing cable, read whether 5G home internet can replace cable. In hurricane season, plan for backup internet and power as well.
