It says a major metro makes fiber more likely and a smaller community or rural area makes it less likely. It then tells you to look up the home or business address or call. That is the official geography: a density pattern plus an address check.

The offer footnote says the advertised promotion is not available in all areas. A speed menu from 100 Mbps through 5 Gig on the marketing page is a menu of plans the brand sells somewhere, not a menu your building can buy.

Do not use the coverage table as a map

A comparison table on the same page marks coverage as nationwide. That cell does not name cities, and it conflicts with the selective-availability FAQ. For a purchase, the FAQ, the footnote and the address bar outrank the table. If the lookup fails, fiber is not offered at that location on that check, regardless of the table.
