Neosho and Bolivar are the two largest matched communities on Kinetic's Missouri fiber list by Vintage 2024 population. Bolivar has the most Kinetic fiber of any Missouri town, at 1,845 locations. That is still under half of Kinetic's 3,850 there. The rest are DSL or fixed wireless. Neosho is a bit bigger, yet it shows no Kinetic service inside its boundary. Kinetic lists towns by mailing area, which can run past the city line the FCC data uses. Other providers report fiber at 76.9% of Neosho.
